Room for accelerators to develop
The operating company was founded in September 2022, the first start-up was integrated in November and now the next step: Ryon, the GreenTech Accelerator, is now settling at FLUXUM Gernsheim and signing the joint settlement agreement.
The GreenTech Accelerator Ryon combines expertise from research, industry and the public sector: with a specially founded operating company (consisting of Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, Hessen Trade & Invest GmbH, Merck Group, Darmstadt University of Technology and Wirtschafts- and Infrastrukturbank Hessen (WIBank)), it will support start-ups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of new sustainable solutions in the fields of environmental technologies, chemistry, biotechnology as well as materials and engineering sciences. FLUXUM Gernsheim offers him the perfect place to do this. Above all, space to develop oneself and the supported companies is a rare commodity in the Rhine-Main-Neckar region - there is enough space at FLUXUM Gernsheim, also for the future place of action - it should be ready in 2025 - the new Ryon building.
The new premises, into which the Ryon team is moving with immediate effect, offer enough space for the current state of affairs to guide the fortunes of Ryon, to receive guests or to let the idea of a more sustainable future continue to grow.
